At FUMI CASE, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your FUMI CASE products in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
